Note to referring dentists: We only consult your patient concerning sleep apnea treatment. If any outstanding dental treatment is present, we will refer them back to you to have treatment completed before placement of an oral appliance.
Fort Wayne Sleep Solutions can bill your patient’s medical insurance, submit pre-estimates, and obtain coverage authorizations before treatment.
